In this paper, combined with the practical production of facility-cultivated morel mushroom in the northwest region of China, in accordance with the requirements of national green food standards of China, technical regulations for green production of morel mushroom through facility cultivation in the northwest region of China were formulated. The regulations include aspects such as the production environment, the production of nutrient bags, production management, the treatment of production waste, and the management of production records. This paper provides a technical reference for the green production of morel mushroom through facility cultivation. |
