| 为了解五尖槭种子休眠的温度特性，通过不同贮藏方式和温度处理对五尖槭种子进行发芽试验。结果表明：五尖槭种子有休眠特性，低温和低温湿沙贮藏可以解除种子休眠，低温湿沙贮藏种子发芽率最高为47%，4℃低温60d种子萌发效果最好，种子萌发率最高为45%，种子萌发率和低温积累量有关，低温10℃可以解除种子休眠。 |

| In order to understand the characteristics of Acer maximowiczii seeds dormancy temperature，the germination experiment of Acer maximowiczii seeds was conducted by different storage methods and temperature treatments.The results indicated that Acer maximowiczii seeds had dormancy characteristics, the low temperature and chilling wet-sand storage could relieve the seed dormancy. The highest germination rate of seeds stored in chilling wet-sand storage was 47%,the seed germination rate was 45%，low temperature at 4℃ for 60d was the best germination effect.Seed germination rate is related to low temperature accumulation,the low temperature at 10℃ can relieve the seed dormancy. |
