普通硅肥与纳米硅肥对烤烟内生真菌种群结构的影响

穆耀辉,娄慧敏,程亚倩,王军霞,邓金华,郑 玺,叶爱萍,黄金辉,艾绥龙,王平平,张立新 (1. 陕西省烟草公司商洛市公司陕西 商洛 7260002. 西北农林科技大学 生命科学学院陕西 杨凌 7121003. 陕西省龙草坪林业局陕西 杨凌 7121004. 陕西省烟草科学研究所陕西 西安 710000) 为探讨普通硅肥和纳米硅肥对烤烟内生真菌种群结构的影响本试验以云烟99为试验材料分别于旺长期、现蕾期、圆顶期喷施普通硅及纳米硅试验处理设置为CK(清水)、T5(普通硅0.17 kg/hm2)、T8(纳米硅0.32 kg/hm2研究不同硅肥对烤烟内生真菌多样性、组成、结构、化学成分及香气物质含量的影响。结果表明:与 CK相比T5和 T8处理均可有效改善烟叶的内生真菌群落多样性、组成、结构及化学成分和总香气物质含量。与CK相比T5、T8处理的担子菌门(Basidiomycota)的相对丰度增加分别增加58.14%、37.35%。同时T5、T8处理的线黑粉酵母属(Filobasidium)的相对丰度增加分别增加113.17%、417.07%。其中T8处理增加了内生真菌的种类较CK增加31种。通过烟叶化学成分和香气物质与烟叶内生真菌群落组成的相关性分析得出烟叶化学成分烟碱、可溶性蛋白含量、烟叶香气物质美拉德反应产物含量与烟叶内生真菌群落组成显著相关。因此叶面喷施纳米硅肥能够使烟叶内生真菌多样性增加种类增加改变烟叶化学成分和香气物质含量对优质烤烟生产具有重要意义。

      To explore the effects of common silicon fertilizer and nano-silicon fertilizer on the population structure of endophytic fungi in flue-cured tobacco,Yunyan 99 was used as test material, common silicon and nano-silicon were sprayed at vigorous growth,budding and dome stages.The treatments were set as follows: CK (water), T5 (common silicon,0.17 kg/hm2), T8 (nano-silicon,0.32 kg/hm2).The effects of different silicon fertilizer on the diversity, composition, structure, chemical composition and aroma substance of endophytic fungi in flue-cured tobacco were studied. Compared with CK, T5 and T8 treatment could effectively improve the community diversity,composition, structure and the content of chemicals and aroma substances. Compared with CK, the diversity of endophytic fungi increased under T8 treatment and decreased under T5 treatment.Compared with CK, the relative abundance of Basidiomycota under T5 and T8 increased by 58.14% and 37.35%, respectively,at the same time, the relative abundance of Flobasidium increased by 113.17% and 417.07%, respectively.Among them, T8 treatment increased the species of endophytic fungi, among which,31 species were more than CK treatment. The correlation analysis was based on chemical composition, aroma substances of tobacco leaves and endophytic fungal community composition.The contents of nicotine,soluble protein,Maillard reaction products and aroma substances were significantly related to the community composition of endophytic fungi in tobacco leaves. The diversity of endophytic fungi in tobacco leaves could be increased by spraying nano-silica fertilizer on leaf surface,and the content of chemicals and aroma substances of tobacco could be changed.It is meaningful for human to produce high quality flue-cured tobacco.
