针对毛乌素沙地土壤肥力低下、保水保肥能力差的问题,以中科羊草为指示作物,通过田间小区试验方法,研究了蚯蚓肥复配土壤调理剂(1∶2,即EC-T1、1∶1,即EC-T2和2∶1,即EC-T3)对土壤性质和植物生长的影响。结果表明:①施用蚯蚓肥复配土壤调理剂能有效改善风沙土物理结构。与对照相比,EC-T1、EC-T2和EC-T3处理土壤含水率分别提高7.55%、2.04%和0.93%,容重分别降低4.13%、4.65%和2.46%,孔隙度分别提高6.79%、5.10%和3.95%;②施用蚯蚓肥复配土壤调理剂能有效改善土壤化学性质。与对照相比,EC-T1、EC-T2和EC-T3的pH分别降低1.27%、2.51%和2.33%,有机质含量分别提升98.33%、148.33%和133.33%,速效钾分别提高49.58%、66.73%、41.09%,有效磷分别提升38.92%、64.32%、58.38%,水解氮分别提升148.82%、150.39%、196.20%;③施用蚯蚓肥复配土壤调理剂能显著增加中科羊草株高、生物量及叶面积。与对照相比,EC-T1、EC-T2和EC-T3株高分别提高5.36%、11.37%和11.71%,生物量提高9.03%、42.88%和73.86%,叶面积提高54.09%、57.55%和96.86%。④施用蚯蚓肥复配土壤调理剂的处理得分均高于CK,蚯蚓肥复配土壤调理剂配比2∶1的处理综合改良效果最佳,得分为2.20。 |

Focus on problems of low soil fertility and poor ability of water and fertilizer retention in Maowusu sandy land, Leymus chinensis was taken as the indicator crop, the effect of earthworm fertilizer combined with soil conditioner (1∶2, i.e. ec-t1, 1∶1, i.e. ec-t2 and 2∶1, i.e. ec-t3) on soil properties and plant growth was studied through field plot experiment. The results showed that: ①applicaiton of earthworm fertilizer combined with soil conditioner coud effectively improve the physical structure of aeolian sandy soil. Compared with the control, under treatments of ec-t1, ec-t2 and ec-t3, the soil moisture was increased by 7.55%, 2.04% and 0.93%, respectively, the bulk density decreased by 4.13%, 4.65% and 2.46%, respectively, and the porosity increased by 6.79%, 5.10% and 3.95%, respectively; ②Application of earthworm fertilizer combined with soil conditioner could effectively improve soil chemical properties. Compared with the control, the pH of ec-t1, ec-t2 and ec-t3 decreased by 1.27%, 2.51% and 2.33%, respectively, the content of organic matter increased by 98.33%, 148.33% and 133.33%, respectively, the content of available potassium increased by 49.58%, 66.73% and 41.09%, respectively, the content of available phosphorus increased by 38.92%, 64.32% and 58.38%, respectively, and the content of hydrolyzed nitrogen increased by 148.82%, 150.39% and 196.20%, respectively; ③Application of earthworm fertilizer combined with soil conditioner could significantly increase the plant height, biomass and leaf area of Leymus chinensis. Compared with the control, the plant height of ec-t1, ec-t2 and ec-t3 increased by 5.36%, 11.37% and 11.71%, respectively, the biomass increased by 9.03%, 42.88% and 73.86%, respectively, and the leaf area increased by 54.09%, 57.55% and 96.86%, respectively. ④According to the principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation equation, the treatment scores of earthworm fertilizer combined with soil conditioner were higher than CK, and the treatment with earthworm fertilizer combined with soil conditioner ratio of 2∶1 had the best effect on comprehensive improvement, the score was 2.20. |
