| 为充分利用秦巴山区陕西省略阳县丰富的蜜环菌资源，解决当前蜜环菌菌株退化问题。对采自海拔900～1 300 m的野生蜜环菌菌株进行优选培养、鉴定、伴栽天麻试验。结果筛选L1、L3、L4菌株优良蜜环菌菌株，可以用于生产；试验表明红杆天麻共生蜜环菌最佳生长地在海拔 900～1 300 m。 |

| In order to make full use of abundant resources of Armillaria mellea in Lueyang County, Shaanxi Province, and solve the problem of degradation of Armillaria mellea strains. The wild Armillaria mellea strains collected from 900～1 300 m above sea level were cultured, identified and co-planted with Gastrodia elata. The excellent Armillaria mellea strains of L1, L3 and L4 strains were screened out and could be used for production. The results showed that the best site for the symbiotic Armillaria mellea of red stem Gastrodia elata is 900 ~ 1300 m above sea level. |
