提纯复壮对商洛主栽小麦品种小偃15的增产效果研究

      小麦优良品种小偃15是商洛的主栽品种,近年来在生产中分离退化严重。为了较好地保持小偃15的种性和纯度,研究采用单穗选择、株系比较、原种扩繁等穗行提纯方法对小偃15进行快速提纯复壮,并分析了提纯复壮对小偃15的增产效果。结果显示,提纯复壮后的小偃15综合性状更加优良,且产量得到明显提升。研究不仅使小偃15的种性得到充分发挥,而且进一步提高了小偃15的抗逆性、稳产性和广适性,有利于其持续应用于商洛小麦大田生产。
英文摘要:
      The wheat variety Xiaoyan 15 is the main cultivated variety in Shangluo, but it has severely separated and degraded in recent years. In order to better maintain the seed quality and purity of Xiaoyan 15,purification methods such as single ear selection, line comparison, stock seed propagation were used to quickly purify and rejuvenate Xiaoyan 15 ,and the effect of purification and rejuvenation on the yield-increasing were analyzed. The results showed that the comprehensive characteristics of Xiaoyan 15 after purification and rejuvenation are more excellent, and the yield is significantly improved. The characteristics of the Xiaoyan 15 is fully utilized, and the stress resistance, stability and adaptability are further improved, so this study is useful in the wheat production of Shangluo .
