In order to explore the application effect of artificial liquid assisted pollination in kiwifruit production, the effect of liquid assisted pollination technology on the yield and quality of kiwifruit was studied with the main kiwifruit cultivars in Shaanxi province. The effects of liquid pollination and dry pollination on yield and quality of Hayward, Cuixiang and Xuxiang were analyzed in Weinan, Xi’an and Baoji from 2017 to 2020. The results showed that compared with the control (dry pollination), the yield indexes of Hayward, Cuixiang and Xuxiang, including fruit setting rate, longitudinal diameter length, transverse diameter length, single fruit weight and seed number, and the hardness of physiological mature fruit and soluble solid content of physiological mature fruit, and the soluble solid content and Vc content, were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) or had no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05) after application of liquid pollination. Based on the comparative analysis of cost and efficiency, the cost of liquid pollination technology was significantly lower than that of the control, and the pollination efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control. This study provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of artificial liquid assisted pollination technology in kiwifruit and it is an important guandance in practice. |
