      为探求人工液体辅助授粉技术在猕猴桃生产中的应用效果,以陕西省主栽美味猕猴桃品种为试材,研究液体辅助授粉技术对猕猴桃产量和品质的影响。于2017-2020年分别在渭南、西安和宝鸡地区对比分析了液体授粉和干粉授粉对海沃德、翠香和徐香品种产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与对照干粉授粉相比,应用液体授粉后,海沃德、翠香和徐香产量指标座果率、纵径长、横径长、单果重、种子数,采收期指标生理成熟果硬度和生理成熟果可溶性固形物,品质指标后熟果可溶性固形物和Vc含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)或与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。基于成本和效率比较分析表明,液体授粉技术成本显著低于对照,且授粉效率显著高于对照。本研究对猕猴桃开展人工液体辅助授粉技术的推广奠定了理论依据并具有重要的实践指导意义。

      In order to explore the application effect of artificial liquid assisted pollination in kiwifruit production, the effect of liquid assisted pollination technology on the yield and quality of kiwifruit was studied with the main kiwifruit cultivars in Shaanxi province. The effects of liquid pollination and dry pollination on yield and quality of Hayward, Cuixiang and Xuxiang were analyzed in Weinan, Xi’an and Baoji from 2017 to 2020. The results showed that compared with the control (dry pollination), the yield indexes of Hayward, Cuixiang and Xuxiang,including fruit setting rate, longitudinal diameter length, transverse diameter length, single fruit weight and seed number, and the hardness of physiological mature fruit and soluble solid content of physiological mature fruit, and the soluble solid content and Vc content, were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) or had no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05) after application of liquid pollination. Based on the comparative analysis of cost and efficiency, the cost of liquid pollination technology was significantly lower than that of the control, and the pollination efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control. This study provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of artificial liquid assisted pollination technology in kiwifruit and it is an important guandance in practice.
