| In order to utilize and develop resources of Acer amplum Rehd. reasonably, the phenology and color change characteristics of Acer amplum Rehd. were observed and summarized for many years, and the seedling raising methods of Acer amplum Rehd. were explored in the aspects of seed collection, seed treatment, substrate selection and sowing. The results showed that from late March to mid April, Acer amplum Rehd. developed leaves and blossomed and fruited, the discoloration time was from early November to early December, and the defoliation time was from middle of November to middle of December; The dormancy characteristics of Acer amplum Rehd. could be relieved under low temperature and wet sand stratification treatment; the seedling emergence rate of Acer amplum Rehd. could be effectively improved by using the substrate of perlite∶ river sand∶ peat = 1∶2∶2. ; |
