秦巴山区拥有独特的地理环境和气候,成为中国最大的天麻主产区之一,为保障天麻、猪苓产业稳步发展,课题组从不同生态环境条件的天麻种植区采集蜜环菌资源进行分离纯化,获得资源菌株18个,经过系统选育,筛选出优良菌株ZY-17,命名为“陕蜜2009”。该品种在秦巴山区多年多点的区域试验和生产试验中,表现出伴栽天麻产量高、菌种适应性强、稳定性好的特点。栽培试验表明,该品种伴栽天麻无性繁殖生产,比对照菌株(京-234)增产28.22%;伴栽天麻有性繁殖生产,比对照菌株(京-234)增产28.71%。 |

Qinba mountain area has unique geographical environment and climate, and has become one of the largest Gastrodia elata production areas in China. In order to ensure the steady development of Gastrodia elata and Polyporus umbellatus industry, we collected Armillaria mellea resources from Gastrodia elata planting areas with different ecological environment conditions for isolation and purification, which obtained 18 resource strains. After systematic selection, excellent strain ZY-17 was selected and named ‘Shanmi 2009’. In many years of regional and production test in Qinba mountain area, the variety showed the characteristics of high yield, strong adaptability and good stability of the strain. The cultivation test showed that the asexual reproduction production of the companion planting Gastrodia elata was 28.22% higher than that of the control strain (Jing-234), and the sexual reproduction production of the companion planting Gastrodia elata was 28.71% higher than that of the control strain (Jing-234). ; |
