近年来,由铜导致的土壤污染逐渐加重,严重影响了药用植物的品质。本实验通过水培法,研究施用不同浓度的铜离子对粉葛幼苗生长及生理指标的影响,旨在为粉葛的安全种植提供一定科学依据。研究结果表明:铜胁迫处理对粉葛幼苗的生长具有低促高抑的作用,在铜离子浓度为0 mg·L-1、0.01 mg·L-1、0.03 mg·L-1时,叶片舒展,叶色发绿,生长良好,但当浓度为0.06 mg·L-1和0.1 mg·L-1时出现叶缘发黄、甚至凋落死亡。随着铜离子浓度增大,叶片的叶长增长率和叶宽增长率均呈先增后降趋势,在0.03 mg·L-1时达到最大。在生理指标方面,低浓度铜离子(0.01 mg·L-1、0.03 mg·L-1)处理时,SPAD值和可溶性蛋白含量均呈现升高趋势,高浓度铜离子(0.06 mg·L-1、0.1 mg·L-1)处理时,两者均呈现降低趋势,且在高浓度下随着铜胁迫处理的时间延长,SPAD值持续下降。粉葛幼苗中丙二醛含量、相对电导率和可溶性糖的含量均随着铜离子浓度的升高而逐渐增大。 |

In recent years, soil pollution caused by copper has been gradually aggravated, which has seriously affected the quality of medicinal plants. In this experiment, the effect of different concentrations of copper ions on the growth and physiological indexes of Pueraria thomsonii Benth seedlings was studied by solution culture. The purpose is to provide a scientific basis for the safe cultivation of P. thomsonii Benth. The results were as follows: the growth of P. thomsonii Benth seedlings was promoted at lower concentration copper stress while it was inhibited at higher concentrations copper stress. At copper ions concentrations of 0 mg·L-1, 0.01 mg·L-1and 0.03 mg·L-1, the leaves were green, stretched, and grew well, but at 0.06 mg·L-1and 0.1 mg·L-1, leaves showed yellow margins, some leaves even became dying and fell. The growth rate of length and width of leaves were first increased then decreased with the increase of the copper irons concentration, and was maximum at 0.03 mg·L-1. In terms of physiological indexes, at low concentration (0.01 mg·L-1, 0.03 mg·L-1) treatment, SPAD values and soluble protein content showed a rising trend, both of them showed a decreasing trend when it was at high concentration (0.06 mg·L-1, 0.1 mg·L-1), and the SPAD value gradually decreased as the time of high concentration copper stress was prolonged.The content of malondialdehyde, the relative conductivity and the content of soluble sugar of P. thomsonii Benth seedlings increased with the increase of copper ion concentration. ; |
